midyear book freakout 2021 (April - June)
In the second quarter of 2021 (April - June), I read 10 books and I wanted to tell y’all about them!
I know people are always looking for reading recommendations and I LOVE to give them! I also just love talking about books. Reading can be such a solitary habit but if you’re like me, you want to talk to someone about what you are currently reading.
That is why I started a SPINOFF podcast all about BOOKS!
PISH POSH PAGES is a bookish podcast that will be your new favorite ‘no strings attached’ book club podcast!
Here’s how it works:
I’ll release short pod episodes after as I finish books. There is no set schedule, no required reading, and no rules.
I want to turn the solo activity of reading into more of a conversation. I love hearing other peoples’ thoughts and opinions on books, so now you’ll get mine!
Looking for book recs? Wanna know my big takeaways from recent reads? Want to hear what I loved or hated about the last book I read?
You will find all that at pish posh pages.
For a little background, my favorite genres are memoirs and thrillers. I enjoy getting lost in dark and twisty reads but also like a positive personal development book.
So, this is the bulk book recap post and podcast. From now on, book thoughts will be on the pish posh pages podcast. Listen to the final midyearbookfreakout podcast episode doing teeny tiny recaps of all these in audio!
